  • Opt Out – Anyone added to our databases may request to be removed at any time, via the contact information provided below. While Segmentable will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we also reserve the right to impose certain restrictions and requirements on such requests, if allowed or required by applicable laws.
  • Opt-out. Stop sending you direct marketing communications. You may continue to receive Service-related and other non-marketing emails.
  • Access. Provide you with information about our processing of your personal information and give you access to your personal information.
  • Correct. Update or correct inaccuracies in your personal information.
  • Delete. Delete your personal information.
  • Transfer. Transfer a machine-readable copy of your personal information to you or a third party of your choice.

Use of YouTube API Services

Segmentable uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to its own Segmentable YouTube channel and to read that channel's statistics (views, retention, link clicks).

  • What we access. Information about our own channel's videos and aggregated, non-personal statistics provided by the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API. We do not access or store personal data of YouTube viewers through the API.
  • How we use it. To publish our own materials and to understand which of them are useful to viewers. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties, except where required by law.
  • How we store it. Statistics are stored on our servers only as long as needed for analysis, and no longer than 30 days after access is revoked or deletion is requested.

  • Revoking access. You can revoke our application's access to a Google account at any time via the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
